Zeffirino
Description
Zeffirino is a true institution of Italian cuisine, renowned for its legendary pesto and revisited traditional recipes. Founded in 1939 in Genoa, this restaurant has preserved its culinary heritage while adapting to modern times, thanks to chef Thierry Paludetto. The cuisine is a celebration of Italian flavors, with dishes such as Paffutelli alla Frank and Focaccia di Recco.
Zeffirino's ambience is both glamorous and elegant, designed by decorator Cédric Capron, with bespoke furniture, wood panelling and Cipolino Verde marble, evoking the Italy of the Roaring Twenties. The clientele is varied, ranging from lovers of refined cuisine to tourists in search of a unique gastronomic experience.
Prices for main courses range from €38 to €80, reflecting the exceptional quality of ingredients and culinary expertise. Zeffirino is ideal for an elegant business lunch or romantic dinner, especially at weekends when the restaurant stays open until 11.30pm.
Its location in Paris' Golden Triangle adds an extra touch of prestige, making Zeffirino a must for gourmets visiting the capital.
