At Quattro Woodfire Pizza Stepaside, their goal is to make you live a real Romana style pizza, using only the highest quality 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, Fiore Di Latte mozzarella from Campania and the best imported toppings from southern Italy. All their products are of local origin where possible and also from the regions of Abruzzo and Campania in Italy. They use no additives, no stabilizers and none of our products is ever frozen. Freshness and quality are paramount for their team who make all our food daily in our kitchen.
