Known as Thiou, Chef Apiradee Thirakomen has been well-known by Parisians for decades. First the Chef of the famous nightclub Les Bains Douches, she created her first restaurant in 2000 to celebrate Thai gastronomy. Before her, no "Crying Tiger" or shrimp dumplings in the city!
