The place will transport you to Birmingham, to the secret laboratory of a bootlegging syndicate, illegally producing and distributing all types of spirits. The Shady Pig offers a unique selection of homemade spirits and classic-style cocktails, using techniques such as barrel aging, distillation, infusion and fermentation.
