On the heights of Belleville, Soces is a no-frills buddy restaurant. Made up of a Septime alumnus, a Ritz alumnus and a Saint-Ouen flea market trader, this band of pals unveils a versatile restaurant that's part eatery, part bistro, with bourgeois salon moldings, white tiles and beautifully chiseled walls.
