Le Sinner offers ethnic and tribal-inspired cuisine, from the Kanoun of North Africa to the flavors of South America. The Chef creates a "métissée" menu, noble and accessible, drawing inspiration from nomadic traditions and staging convivial rituals. Desserts by pastry chef Yann Brys fuse bright, exotic flavors from different continents. At lunchtime, the restaurant offers cheerful, spontaneous cuisine.
