Founded in 2001, Rimal Paris remains renowned to this day for its authentic Lebanese cuisine:

Three brothers who grew up and left Lebanon during the war are at the origin of this project: Butchers and cooks by trade, they wanted to pass on their love for their culture and gastronomy.

In order to incorporate the full incredible variety of this gastronomy, the Khoury brothers decided to divide their recipes and know-how into two concepts that complement each other.
