Raviolis originated in North-East China almost 2000 years ago, which is why we proudly bear the name Raviolis Nord Est! For 3 generations, this family has been dedicated to the artisanal production of ravioli, the harmonious blend of flour, water and salt inherited from our great-grandfather, born in 1929 in LiaoNing, HeiLongJiang, in Northeast China. And it was at the height of the Mao era that parents, father and mother, lovingly crafted this ideal stuffing recipe. Today, their vocation is to pass on their love of tradition to you.
