NoName Bar defines itself as a highly-travelled cuisine based on Japanese, but introducing Pan-American and Spanish touches. The dishes come from ideas that the owners discovered while traveling around the world and trying the different dishes of each country, then were adapted to the tastes of the public in Madrid and Barcelona.
