Mosuke par Mory Sacko

With his first restaurant, Mory Sacko wanted to write a new page, bringing different cultures together on one plate. At MoSuke, the chef wanted to sweep away clichés, both on the plate and in the décor, to create a place that reflected his cuisine. So it was in the heart of the 14th arrondissement, on the popular shopping street Raymond Losserand, that he decided to bring his cuisine to life. Like a house in the heart of Paris, the kitchen can be seen from the street, with the brigade hard at work.
