Cobi Villo Marca, owner/chef of Tabuline on Rue Roi de Sicil, joins forces with mixologists Clément Fauré and Benjamin Chiche to launch Maniv on Rue Sentier. With its Israeli and Mediterranean influences, the restaurant revolves around a large bar and a kitchen open to the show, while the lower level offers a more intimate cocktail bar where you can spend your evenings enjoying a DJ set.
