Le Square Trousseau

Description

Since 1907, the establishment's decor has remained impervious to the currents of the decorative arts. The period storefront with its beveled glass and classical ceiling moldings is in perfect harmony with the marble mosaic-covered floor. The wooden tables have seen many stars, such as Mistinguett and Jean Gabin, come to this faubourg café to indulge between the wars. Square Trousseau takes its name from the park along the Faubourg Saint-Antoine, between Bastille and the Marché d'Aligre. From its beautiful terrace, you can enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood, as the seasons bring color to this corner of greenery.
