Le Rigmarole

Description

Memorable dinners of binchotan kebabs and hand-knitted pasta in the woodsy gloom of this luxury cave. At Rigmarole, they start making... pizza?! But there's an explanation for this: the duo are expecting a child and have decided to take a well-deserved "pizzaternity" leave, swapping the stove for the baby carriage. So, until March 2023, they're handing over the reins to neo-baker Dan Pearson, black belt in kneading and gifted in the sourdough, who has learned the subtle art of pizza dough with the obstinacy of a Shaolin monk.
