Le Floor

Le Floor is the latest addition to The Bureau's The Food spaces. It's also a new, original concept. A neo-coffee shop, headed by our Food and Beverage manager Nicolas Lacaze, doubled as a bakery with multi-cultural inspirations, offering hot drinks, viennoiseries, gourmet sandwiches, salads and sorbets from morning to night, to eat in or take away.

The kneading trough, already visible outside, and the aroma of homemade cooking, entice diners to cross the threshold of this showcase of recycled felt walls embellished with fluting, again reminiscent of the colonnades of the famous Palais Brongniart, just across the street.

A new feature of this chic, street-front canteen is that it is also open to the outside public during the day and evening, on weekdays and Saturdays for brunch, offering the uninitiated an opportunity to step into the world of The Bureau. Members benefit from a private inner courtyard and a privileged space. At dusk, the space transforms into a wine and cocktail bar, with a menu of raw fish, California-style tapas and yuzu.
