In the Trinquet village, the restaurant is decked out in Basque colors and on the menu: garlic razor clams, shell marinière, pork from the famous Pierre Oteiza (Basque Kintoa pig), pintxos, taloa of ventrêche and ewe, rib of beef, hake, grilled prawns ... all accompanied by Basque, Spanish and French wines.
