Koya Soho

The Japanese udon noodle bar first opened in Soho in 2010, specializing in freshly prepared udon noodles and dashi in simple, uncluttered interiors. 11 years later, Koya offers Chef Shuko's udon, donburi and authentic Japanese small plates, from breakfast to dinner, in three London locations. Koya's fresh Japanese udon and dashi are now available to consumers nationwide via Koya Mail.
