Il Caravaggio, which opened 15 years ago, is a family affair. The three sisters adapt the menu to current trends and bring a feminine touch to Italian cuisine. The gourmet, traditional, family-style cuisine handed down from generation to generation in the Moccia family features fresh seasonal produce, most of it imported from the Marche region of Italy. Tradition, conviviality and simplicity all come together on the plate.
