Hando Parisian Handroll

Adrien Albou, co-founder of Hando Parisian Handroll, has had Japan under his skin since childhood. From fashion to manga, art to gastronomy, he feeds off this passion and travels from Tokyo to Hokkaido to explore every aspect of this fascinating culture. For his restaurant, he wanted to pay homage to two masters of architecture, Tadao Ando and George Nakashima. From these two inspirations, he draws the decor of Hando Parisian Handroll with a guideline he describes as "a Japanese universe in a German-Pratin setting". An elegant minimalism whose simplicity is timeless.
