Description

The Galanga gourmet restaurant offers an instinctive cuisine featuring plant-based products. Chef Thomas Danigo uses modern cooking techniques as well as ancestral methods such as maceration and fermentation. Vegetables, fruits, tubers and flowers are sublimated in refined, colorful dishes, enhanced by exotic spices and condiments.
