Francette

First of all, the address: Francette is a restaurant located literally under the national emblem: the Eiffel Tower.

Then there's the food and wine: through Francette, we want to highlight French cuisine and the diversity of its wines. Chef Marie Pacotte (ex-Ferrandi, with a background in Michelin-starred restaurants) is at the helm in the kitchen. Francette was awarded the Ecotable label in 2022.

Last but not least, Francette is a tribute to the ocean liner Le France, which operated Transatlantic cruises in the 60s. This liner spirit is precisely what animates this place: 3 floors, 3 concepts for 3 different atmospheres.
