Having passed through the prestigious Prince de Galles, Masa, La Grande Cascade, Le Braisenville and La Machine à Coude, Jean-Baptiste Ascione opened Petit-Gris in 2019. Given the restaurant's success, he practically pushed the walls, taking over the adjoining premises with his friend Antoine Maffray. The latter created Les Vendanges d'Antoine and supplies the finest Parisian tables with artisan wines. He builds up remarkable selections and unearths the best cuvées from the winemakers he meets on his travels, here and elsewhere.
