Upon entering the dining room, the eye is immediately drawn to the silent ballet of a brigade of ten concentrated cooks who act as a living theater thanks to the kitchen's large bay windows.

Exceptional in the heart of Paris, the Burgundy stone terrace is the perfect setting for magical dinners. Cerused Anduze pottery punctuates the space with Mediterranean plants. Large benches overhung by plant arches and roses in subtle hues offer a breathtaking view of the hotel's Grand Jardin.
