Drouant
Description
Drouant is a century-old institution that occupies a unique place on the Parisian scene. Both a temple of French literature and an emblem of great bourgeois cuisine, Drouant reconciles its past steeped in history and its present, resolutely turned towards the future. At the new Drouant, we obviously find the view of the peaceful Place Gaillon, the spectacular Ruhlmann staircase, the famous private rooms and the warm atmosphere that made the success of the establishment from the end of the 1920s. But we also discover a space renewed, redesigned, refreshed, respectful of its past but resolutely turned towards the future, which combines its past with the present.
