Dar Mima

Description

Dar Mima, on the rooftop of the Institut du Monde Arabe, is an exceptional restaurant, an Oriental dream between sky and earth, created by Laurent de Gourcuff and Jamel Debbouze in tribute to the latter's mother, Fatima. Dar Mima shares Fatima's secret recipes, including her bread, Zaalouk salad, pastries, and, of course, her incomparable couscous. The cuisine is a gourmet symphony, a cuisine of sharing. From man'oushe to fattoush, from pastilla to tagine, Eastern culinary influences blend in this multicultural cuisine, where taste and openness are paramount, served with flavorful wood-fired cooking.
