Colvert reopened in April 2023 with a new identity, a new decor and a new chef, but the same passion. Sharing is his heritage: that of the Becs Parisiens and his extended family of restaurant enthusiasts, who spread their sense of cool and their love of food all over Paris. Gourmandise is his leitmotiv. And he can count on the arrival of chef Arnaud Baptiste to write a salivating new chapter.
