Caves Pétrissans

Les Caves Pétrissans offers a selection of wines (1000 references of various vintages, "rare" winemakers...), to be enjoyed by the bottle or by the glass, for around twenty references renewed each month. We strive to serve them in ideal tasting conditions (maturity, temperature).

The house credo is simple: to sublimate this choice and enhance the value of the French terroir through a rigorous and passionate search for the best products from our regions, labelled or of selected origin. They are served with a simple preparation, respecting tradition.

Our traditional, wine-serving, bourgeois cuisine is rich in its search for the best products from our regions: meat from Aubrac, veal from Limousin, foie gras from Corrèze, fish from Noirmoutier...

They are worked in simplicity by our Chef, with the obsession of serving their taste above all else.

All the products we sell at the restaurant are homemade, and you can enjoy them with a wine chosen from our twenty or so references served by the glass, or by the bottle from over 1000 references in our cellar.
