Inspired by modern Parisian bistros, Caffè Stern offers a new menu with a shorter selection of Italian dishes, renewed weekly. Chef Denis Mattiuzzi uses the finest market produce to create Alajmo's signature seasonal dishes, as well as the house's great classics: potato cappuccino 'alla bolognese', dill tagliolini with lobster, calamari, denti and pistachio sauce, veal liver 'alla veneziana' with fried polenta and, to round things off, the irresistible Stern pistachio ice cream.
