Café Fika
Description
In Sweden, fika is traditionally a break for food, which is repeated several times a day. In the past, it punctuated the long days of work in the fields, because the short duration of the summer imposed great productivity and did not allow us to stop to sit down to eat. From the brioche in the morning to the evening snack with the family, passing by the conventionall break with your comrades, one could make up to seven fika a day!
Today, FIKA is situatied in the heart of the Marais and offers you a break from the hectic big-city life. Caé offers you a pause on every hour of the day with the taste of Sweden: pastries and hot drinks in the morning; salads and sandwiches for a light lunch; gourmet breaks for snacks and aperitifs at the end of the day: Take a break!
Always with fresh seasonal products, organic vegetables and fruits as soon as possible, FIKA offers a selection of artisanal products that are rooted in the very particular terroir of Sörmland, a veritable garden of Eden that nourishes Stockholm where orchards are scattered, vegetable gardens and castles on the edge of limpid lakes. FIKA opens a window on the know-how of its producers.
