Boubalé

Description

Nestled in the heart of the Grand Mazarin hotel, Boubalé is a multi-faceted, glittering space, a place where we celebrate reunions above all else, like a nostalgic, eclectic reunion.

A favorite expression of Ashkenazi grandmothers, Boubalé is Yiddish for "my little doll, my little darling". It is with this memory in mind that Michelin-starred chef Assaf Granit reinvents a cuisine that comes from the depths of the soul.
