Bar Nouveau

Bar Nouveau is a cocktail bar located in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. It was opened in 2022 by Rémi Savage, the world's best bartender in 2022. Bar Nouveau offers an elegant, refined ambience. The decor is inspired by Art Nouveau, with azure walls, arum-shaped hanging lights and pampre-style mirror frames. The bar also boasts a small terrace, ideal for soaking up the Parisian sunshine. Bar Nouveau offers a creative and innovative cocktail menu. The cocktails are prepared with quality ingredients, carefully selected by Rémi Savage.

The bar's flagship cocktails include the "Nouveau", a cocktail made with gin, vermouth, lemon and elderflower; the "Sauvage", a cocktail made with rum, maraschino, lemon and ginger; and the "Paris", a cocktail made with vodka, raspberry cream, lemon and basil.
