Cyril Lignac's second restaurant has forged its own clientele, atmosphere and identity. The atmosphere is intimate, warm and hushed. It's like a parenthesis, with a hint of German-Pratin nostalgia reversed in today's fashion. The menu skilfully combines must-haves and creations, with an emphasis on meat. The plates escape to other latitudes and inevitably invite discovery.
