Afuri

Founded in Japan in 2001, the AFURI brand came to Lisbon in 2018 with the opening of AFURI Izakaya a true ramen restaurant. To the delight of the Portuguese, each bowl of Ramen is prepared in a mix of flavors, colors and textures, using the best quality ingredients from all over Japan, but also products from Portugal. Their ramen are distinguished from others by their lightness, freshness and delicacy, achieved through the use of yuzu, a small yellow fruit of Asian origin. They are also the only restaurant to make in-house noodles, using fresh noodles.
