Écomusée Sous-Marin

Created in 2021 and installed a few meters below the surface near the southern shore of Cannes' Ile Sainte-Marguerite, the underwater eco-museum created by Jason DeCaires Taylor is made up of six giant statues molded after the faces of Cannois. The artist's sculptures are accessible to divers equipped only with a mask and snorkel. Access is free, and the area is protected by a ban on mooring vessels.
